Can I cancel or change an order?

To cancel or change an order, you must first check the status of your order to see if this is possible. To check the status of your order, please log into Your Account .

  • If your order is labeled “in production”, you will not be able to make changes to your order.
  • If it is marked as “wait” or as “new”, and it is between the times of 8am-7pm ET Monday – Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by calling our customer service department at 1-800-381-0815.
  • If it is outside of normal business hours, then you must cancel your existing order and place a new one with the correct information. To do this, log into Your Account and click the red “Cancel” button. If you do not do this, your order will automatically begin production the following morning.

Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order.

Important: it is best to call us or cancel your order to make changes , as e-mails are answered during regular business hours in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your e-mail is processed and your changes would not be able to be made.

Can I exchange or return purchased products?

Fair Return Policy

Every product is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away.

Promise:

  • If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
  • If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

We want everyone to be as happy as possible.  That’s why we use a great company, Spreadshirt, for taking orders, printing our shirts, and shipping them.  We tried several services and selected Spreadshirt for fulfillment, and we are sure that you will be as happy with the results as we were and continue to be.  However, we are very concerned that everything is just right.
